Knutshø
Hiking:
A refreshing hike with splendid views! Parts of the path will be a problem if you suffer from vertigo,
but if you managed Besseggen you will manage Knutshø.
Starting point for this hike is the half circle – shaped parking lot in Vargebakkane, 6.7 km from
Bessheim towards Valdresflya. The hike across Knutsø is unmarked, but it is not difficult to find your
way. You walk along a mountain ridge, and its steep up as well as down. When you hike across the
whole mountain your exit path leads through Leirungsdalen. Expect to spend approximately 5-6
hours on this hike.
